How we work

Define the app's purpose

We identify who will use the app, why they will return and which features belong in the first release. Device capabilities, connectivity and existing systems help shape the requirements from the start.
Choose the platform approach

We assess your iOS and Android requirements and recommend a native or cross-platform approach. The decision considers functionality, user experience, budget and ongoing maintenance, with trade-offs discussed before development.
Design the mobile experience

We map the main journeys and create interactive prototypes. Onboarding, navigation and key actions are reviewed in the context of a small screen, including loading states, errors and any permissions users need to grant.
Build and test

We develop the app and its agreed backend connections, then test the key journeys across the chosen devices and operating system versions. The review covers real interactions and relevant conditions, such as interruptions or weak connectivity.
Prepare for release
